I have 6 Bridesmaid 5 Adults and 1 Flower girl
the flower girl is easy to buy for with her being a little girl but the 5 adults are hard to buy for

1st Bridesmaid is Tall, Dark Brown Haired, Blue Eyed and Pale Skinned, and is plus size but flat up top where most +size dresses are made for big busted girls.
2nd is Tall, Dark Brown Haired, Brown Eyed and Olive Skinned, shes size 14-16.
3rd is Semi-Tall, Dark Brown Haired, Brown Eyed and Pale/Tanned Skinned, shes size 8.
4th is Semi-Tall, Light Brown Haired, Blue Eyes, and Semi-Pale Skinned, who is JJ Cup breasts! VERY big up top but size 14-16 figure and quite tom boyish.
5th is Quite Tall, Mixed Race, Brown-Black Afro, Brown Eyes, DD Bust and size 14 Clothing.

We need help on a Style that would suit all body shapes, and a Colour that would suit all Skin Tones.

I really like Cadbury Purple but would it suit us all?
I am heading over to Turkey for a month as I have relatives that live their and you can get wedding stuff cheap as chips their.
and really need my colour scheme before I go, everyones working up until then so cannot get them to a wedding shop to try colours or styles of.

It's mainly the Colour we need.

    Any Ideas?
    thanks- Claire!x

Choose a colour scheme you like, then once your back, best thing to do is to get everyone together to try on different dresses... Whats about a floaty dress.... like chiffron?

With that variation in body types having different styles in the same fabric might be best, that way everyone can have something they feel comfortable in.

One of my friends also had 6 BM's, she basically chose the colour and fabric and asked her BM's to choose a style that was tea length from a particular designer that does BM dresses. That way the dresses match and the BM's are all comfortable in their dress.

you have a couple of choices really you could either go for the same dress in different colours or different tones of the same colour or do the same colour with different style dress both look just as good. i know raggedyanne as made her own bridesmaids dresses and they are all different and look amazing.

The same colour but different styles idea is a good one, we did exactly that for my sister's wedding because all 5 of us were different shapes, sizes & skin tones. Royal Blue worked very well for all of us, I think you'd be ok with purple too. To be honest I think it's the style more than the colour that's going to be important when you have such a size variation x
