On the main page of the forum where you can see all the posts, there are about 10 or so posts that are 'stuck' to the top of the page. It is one of those.

As the others have said, there is one at the top of the forum page, it's an in depth checklist, it's in the 'sticky' part.if y can see everything else you should be able to see that as well, I can on both tablet and phone
