Hi all, On the off chance, has anyone come across any nautical invitations? We're getting married at the Old Royal Naval college, so this is a potential theme. But... all the invites I've found seem to be expensive letterpress ones from the US, or too 'beachy' (just looking for naval, not sand, shells etc!)
If anyone has come across any, please let me know! Thanks xx

You could wear a gorgeous dress like Kate Winslett with a Heart of the Ocean necklace......

thanks RaggedyAnne, think it will be more of a subtle navy theme though! The venue will hopefully do most of the work!
hello-kitty, thanks for the link. How does etsy work, can anyone sell on there? Have you used etsy? xx
i have used it and i havent had a problem with it like the bay. you basically make an account and then go through things and buy them :-) it's more for specifically handmade and vintage stuff or stuff that isnt easy to find in the mainstream

I have a friend who makes bespoke wedding invites. I dont know how much she costs as I made my own but you could have a look and send her an email. I have put a link on your wall. she doesnt have any examples that are naval but she makes to your specifications so im sure she could make something perfect for you. xx

I looked at some american nautical invites and they proved really expensive, but maybe take the ideas and get crafty and make your own? Would work out cheaper and you get the invites you want to.
