im a bit stuck, my ohs name is rikki but gets called rik, my names leanne but all my life got lenny
our wedding isnt formal but i still need thr save the dates and invites etc!

most of ohs friends wont know who leanne is lol! and it feels weird and wrong to use it at all other than in church even then its going to make me uncomfortable lol sounds so silly doesnt it!

anyway will it be ok to put lenny & rik on the cards??
if it was totally formal then yea there would be no question about it lol

we used lenny & rik for kids christening invitations and no1 battered an eyelid :-) i have a feelin if i use leanne some people would be very confused!

I think its fine to be informal on the stationary, especially if its what you're more comfortable with

Yeah I would go with informal if that's what everyone calls them anyway :) x

go for it hun end of the day thats what makes you comfortable and it is your wedding my H2B is called James but is known to everyone other then his sister as jim even his mam calls him jim so on our invites it is very likely that he will be jim and not james but depends on what he says about it

I would put what you are comfortable with as well, it's supposed to reflect you and being all stuffy and formal clearly isn't what you are going for :)

Close your eyes and imagine the invites going out, what do you see on there that makes you smile ? If it's what you are known as rather than actual names it doesn't matter as that's what you want :)
