    so we have booked our honeymoon now im wanting to change my name on me passport before i go but that means ill also have to change my name on the paper work for the honeymoon does anyone know how much it is or who to get in touch with first? x

    any help much appriciated x

    depends who u've booked ur honeymoon with hun.
    i know that Tho mas Co ok is about £50 to change something like that. not sure of others tho xx

    i'd check with thompson then. the travel agent who booked it should be able to help u with these things. i booked mine in my married name cos have already decided im changing my passport. was actually advised this before the booking was made, which was a great help really xx

    I'm waiting to change mine...STILL. Becoming a small issue now I'm registering with employment agencies for work as they need to see photo ID so I explain and say I can provide marriage certificate too and they'e all been happy with that so far! At the moment, I jsut can't afford the money to get it changed. It seems stooooopid as I have until 2017 til it runs out!

    It's not really worth changing it because you're paying out for a new passport (well, the same price anyway) - then you'd have to get your vicar/registrar etc to fill in a form confirming that they are marrying you so that you can get your passport in your married name - and you can't do that til 3 months before the wedding anyway.
