Sized 8 (43) Burgundy Red Shoes for our wedding I've searched & searched & searched for these illusive demon shoes but have had no fortune either they're too expensive or wrong sized even wrong red, argh! Please help!

Buy a white/cream/ivory pair of shoes in a style that she likes and get them dyed to the exact colour.
It's so hard to find a nice pair of shoes in the exact colour, so should solve the problem
CommentAuthorGavinC
Thanks for that idea but we'd rather not being as dyeable shoes are very expensive as we've already looked at that avenue thanks anyway.

Umm... what are looking to spend? There's an American bridal company that does all sorts of shoes. You'd have to pay import tax & shipping but it still may end up cheaper then the UK alternative or maybe not but it's worth a try. Since you wall is restricted, I'll pop the link on mine.

I was also thinking it might be easier to find shoes in that colour when the fall/winter lines come in the shops.
They don't need to be expensive. You could try b@rretts in the sale. I used to work there years ago and they definitely used to sell shoes that you could dye.
As Sarah says though, there could be more of your colour coming into the winter. Just keep your eyes peeled and something will come up

Thank you Sarah, that idea of looking in the Autumn / Winter lines is good my fiancee & I like to be well prepared. I'll look this Autumn thanks again.

There's a few like this on Eb@y if they're any good to you :D
Lala I love those shoes but me calling them demon shoes is a figure of speech, not literal. But thanks my fiancee'll like the style that's for sure plus she's laughing very hard that you've posted the photo of demon shoes.

i realised that after i posted thats why i took it down again .... lol
Yeah been on here a while then Gavin decided to join after overseeing that thread on opinions of H2b about what your dress looks like and he tried it out trying to guess mine :)

I'll post the link on your wall, they're a little on expensive side but very pretty! Also try eb@y, i found the exact shoes for half the price but only in a size 7, but you could keep an eye out :)

Lauren-MichelleC is there any other place the third pair are available as I've had bad experience with eb@y & PayPal?

The dying shoes isn't a bad idea and it doesn't have to be expensive, on a telly program about scrimping they did this to revamp some shoes and the dye they used you paint on so wouldn't be messy either.

I'll have another nosey around GavinC and see what i can find!

I got mine (cadburys purple wedge - pic in my album) from PR-eDIt-a Wedding Shoes. They dye them and have a range of styles and colour match if you send them a bit of fabric in the colour you want. They range in prices and have to say quality is amazing!! They also bling them up if you want them blinged too.
