ell im going for a chocolate orange cake ... as my tiers are 6 inches deep before the icing... so effectivly double layer we are having a choclate fudge bottom and and orange sponge top layer snadwiched with choc orange buttercream covered in a choc orange fudge ganache with fondant on the top .... NOM NOM

well here is the size of top tier , tier 2 and the cake topper on it ... its bigger than a standard 3 tier cake at the moment!!!
these 2 are nearly done just gotta pipe on to it then will be done and add som antigue gold lustre
so far!

Becky these two tiers that are on here are dummy cakes. Shes not made the REAL cake's yet (which i think she said wont be as thick but i could be wrong), so unless ppl like to eat polysterine it wont be cut hehehe
