i worked so hard on my account and due to illness had not been online a maximum of 3 days and i tried logging on and it wouldnt let me! all my hard work of gaining loyalty points and planning of my wedding has been deleted why?? and is there no way i can get it all back im gutted and it has stressed me out as it was my way of chilling out with other members and it was taken from me?! can someone shed light on this issue???

i was recommended to email you as you might be able to help me with my issue! i was a ukbride member and i had earnt my loyalty points and put all my plans for my wedding and due to illness i couldnt log in for a couple of days but when i went back to sign in it wouldnt let me sign in and said my account never existed i made a new account but i have lost all my loyalty points and all my wedding plans and im absolutely gutted and a bit angry about it could you help me with why it did this and whether it is at all possible to recover or do i have to start all over again?.
