Becky and ha_x3 are definitely right! Who told you that you looked big?! I think that dress makes you look feminine and you look radiant! :0) Ok so you're not a size 8 but you're not big!!!

Lol. Thanx. Believe it or not it was my OH that said I looked big in the pic. He was diplomatic in how he said it, but it's made me feel like crap :( x

Hun you look stunning!! i dont think you look big at all, if you think you have put the weight on quick you should be able to loose it quick too, do you exercise? Zumba is very good or swimming, that might help and exercise makes you feel better too. Hope you dont mind me saying that, but im an honest person and think you look great x

get yourself to zumba, or get on just dance if you have a wii - you'll sweat off the calories in no time! haha :o) Not that I think you need to, I might add! xxxx

im sorry but your H2B needs a slap im guessing he doesnt know how bad hes made you feel about yourself, men for ya lol i'm a honest person too and you look stunning in your dress which he hasnt seen you in yet so trust us UKbrides when we say you look beautiful!!

I just hate my size. My legs and bum r HUGE. I know u can't see them when I'm in the dress but I do everytime I look in a mirror. I hate my arms. They're big and saggy. And my stomach is vile after having two children. I don't think Zumba will help with all that lol xx

you haven't seen my bum and thighs, Adam says my bottom is so big it's got its own gravitational field!!!! haha :o) Zumba is absolutely fabulous, honestly. My arms used to be flabby and disgusting (well I thought they were anyway) and now they're so much smaller and less wobbly. They're still a long way from what I'd like them to be, but I actually have some muscle definition now. Its fantastic for toning up your bottom too, and hips, and belly. If you can, give it a go. If nothing else, it'll really make you feel better about yourself. I've seen big changes to my figure since I started doing it, and its made a world of difference to my confidence. I used to feel like you do now - albeit I was a heck of a lot bigger than you!! - and I quite like the way I look now. It's all down to doing a bit of excerise and seeing the gradual changes to my figure. You've got plenty of time before the wedding, give it a go :o) xxxx

huni... i WAS a size 4 naturally(7.5 stone), it made me sick i was anorexic, my bones were protruding and now i realise that (i didnt until i put some weight on then looked at photos of how i was before) it was discusting!

I had my eldest 4 years ago and went straight up to a size 22-24 (18 stone) after giving birth! the size difference was horrendous! i was used to being so skinny people were worried id snap in half and i liked that and then i went to what felt like being a frickin elephant due to the difference!

i then had my youngest hes two now and im a 14/16 (14.5/15 stone) in the last few months i look as though i have lost weight but i have actually gained 7lb. but despite that i look the healthiest i ever have! and much as i am by no means physically heathly... i feel healthier than i ever have.

before my youngest i was saying i wanted to get back down to a size 6 at least, but like i say having seen photos like the one in my profile pic me and h2b used to have major arguements, to the point where he threatened to leave if i was "stupid enough" to loose that much weight again, the photos now make me feel physically sick and tbh if i manage to get down to a size 12 (splat bang in the middle) i will be happy. but im not in any rush to loose the weight as i am happier and healthier than i have ever been. ok so my engagement ring only fits on my little finger but at least it fits now!

what im trying to say is.... i have been on both ends of the size scale and yes ok so its not great being a "big girl" but trust me when i say its so much better than being a stick insect! you need to learn to love yourself (im still trying, its not what others think or say that hurts as they all say im much better than i have ever been and prettier than ever aswell, but thats not how i feel) if you can go buy some new lingerie if you cant afford to then buy it as your birthday pressie to yourself or as your partners birthday pressie or your anniversery etc. once you have the new lingerie have a s3xy picture taking night with your man.... get him to take photos of you in your new lingerie and buy him an ann summers th0ng with an elephants trunk or something. the idea is you dress up in something he will like photos off and he dresses up in something to make you laugh. making you laugh will help you to build confidence in yourself and seeing him take photos of you knowing that he likes the photos will also build your confidence. then have your favourite photo printed and framed and place it on your bedroom wall.

having done this it took me 4 weeks to realise that i do actually look alot better now than i ever have. i was a glamour model i did shots fully nude when i was tiny but even those are not as appealing to my h2b and the ones of me in the lingerie at this size. it is a really good confidence boost and once your done with taking photos ypu can have a bit of fun afterwards and the photo taking will make it feel different, more exciting.

you look great compared to me, I hate my body and I think I look massive in my dress and feel like I have put back on at least 7lbs since photos were taken.

I'm in a bit better frame of mind today :) I'm determined to lose some weight. I'm only 5'2" and I was 13 stone when i last weighed myself a few weeks ago. When i had my eldest (nearly 13 years ago) I was a size 10 before I had him, then I went to a size 18 afterwards. Then when i was pregnant with my second (nearly 10 years ago) i was a size 12 whilst pregnant. Pregnancy obviously slims me down haha. And I am now size 16. I am going to look good in the dress !!!!!! If i don't.I'm not going haha xx

Thank u. I feel a lil bit silly now putting this last nite lol. I was just really depressed. I now refuse to look at 'THE' picture of me from yesterday lol. I just wish I'd started slimming earlier. But we only decided in January that we were getting married lol xx

my h2b is getting it made by 1 of his friends who is a jeweller and who made my engagement ring :) so it will fit my engagement ring perfectly. he's just getting 2 platinum rings and separate stones and he's going to mould it around mine. it'll be completely unique because it won't be exactly like that 1, but close enough.
