well i had my last weigh in before the wedding and iv lost another 5lbs,,so in total now its 1stone and 3lbs,,but my doctor was more excited by the fact that my waist has shrunk by 3inches lol,,,,hes told me now to go up the monday after the wedding to see how im getting on and to review my metformin as im not getting on with it,,and he also reminded me not to forget to change my name on my medical records,,thats another one to go on my list lol

WOW!!!! Tiggs that is fantastic news hun! I couldn't care less if I weight 20 stone as long as I had a size 8 waist (never going to happen again in this lifetime lmao)
iv got to admit im really pleased with it,its slow coming off but doctor says it will stay off longer,sounds daft but im feeling happier,more confident and im actually enjoying walking and excercise,,,still got along way to go but im happier knowing my dress is comfy on me lol

well done karen, i got xenical fromt he doctor, but only once, cos i lost too much weight and my BMI went under 30kg. i thought i was doing good and he'd be pleased..well he was but says i'd lost too much to get xenical again..gutted. went back to buying alli capsules, cos i feel they really make a difference. you must be really excited now, only a few weeks left.. xx

i knew my dress fitted as it was made to measure,but you know that feeling you get sometimes when you buy something and you think to yourself "oh it could be comfier",,that what i was like lol,,im happy now lol
