Recently we had a financial setback and thought we were gunna have to throw in the towel on the wedding. But my mum has come up trumps, she has had a small windfall and wants to help us out. I cant thank her enough but I did say you might need the money for something yourself. But she says I'm 87 and have nothing to spend it on at my age so I want to help you out. She is the best, we are so grateful to her. It will enable me to pay off the buffet, the transport, fee for the registrar wedding room, flowers and best of all I can get my dress sorted with my dressmaker. I will be getting one a little cheaper than my original choice but I dont mind it will still be lovely and it will allow us to still be able to pay for our honeymoon cos thats the only thing we'll have left to concentrate on. I always knew I had a brilliant mum but I just want the whole world to know too. She's one in a million and i'm gunna plan a little suprise for her to thank her. Shes a massive Man Utd fan and I'm gunna book for her to go to Socceraid at Old Trafford this May. I took her in 2010 and she was like a big kid in fact here's a picture of her and me when we were there.
