My gorgeous head dress has finally arrived and is absolutely gorgeous. Is it bad luck for the groom to see it before the wedding, it seems such a waste to have my hair practice and then undo it straight away. What do you think girls?? x

my h2b as seen mine side tiara several times. i haven't heard it bad luck for him to see this as far as i know its only the dress. i will also be showing him my hair after my trail to have his opinion too he wont be seeing my dress till i walk down the aisle my bouquet is sat on the other sofa with all my flower stuff and my shoes are in the box in the bedroom.

No its not bad luck at all however i dont think i would want him to see my hair all done after my trail.... i dont want him to have any ideas if my hair is up, down, curled, straight, etc for the wedding xxx

My h2b has seen my tiara and he saw my hair after my first trial which was a disaster and he did'nt like it. I'm glad he saw it cos if I would of turned up on the day and he hated it I would of been upset. I glad he told me at the time.

i personally think its only bad luck if you make it an issue hun.. my H2B has seen a photo of my dress online & he will also be seeing it before the wedding, as il have to hang it up as soon as we arrive in cyprus due to creases etc..
We arent bothered about this atall, but my H2B said he just doesnt want to see me wearing it untill our wedding day.. fine with me I

Daaaw! Stuff and nonsense!
Lizzie's dress turned up this morning, and we both opened the box it came in to check for damage. I haven't seen her wearing it, or with a veil/hair/make up so that's my excuse.
So as you can gather, we're not superstitious in this house lol:o)

He has told me he doesn't want to see it as it will spoil the suprise, I'm gutted I was so excited when it arrived I wanted to show him, never mind, will show my friend when she comes round tomorrow and will put a pic on here tomorrow when I figure out how to do it x

I dont know if letting H2B see things is bad luck.......but I dont want my H2B to see anything at all.....not because its bad luck but i dont want to ruin the element of surprise for him. I am not even letting him see the bridesmaid dresses. Its all going to be new to him on the day....I cant wait to see his face when he sees the cake...cos he has no idea we are even having one;.

My husband saw my tiara before the wedding (and the other two I bought and decided not to use lol) and he also saw my shoes as he was there when I bought them lol. My wedding jewellery was from Past Times and again, he was there when I bought them so he saw them as well. In fact the only things he didn't see was my dress and flowers - and we haven't had bad luck lol.

H2B has seen my shoes but not the dress Ive picked or any of the potential hairstyles and hair accessories I like. He wont be seeing it either, going to be a total suprise for him on the day, although he keeps trying to trip me up by asking. At least hes interested lol.
