Weighed in this am, lost 4lb....but that's a lie really because I wasn't wearing the same clothes as last week, but think it probably could be -2lb. I'll make sure next wednesday I do the same as today.

Im back on it today, put about 3-4lb on i reckon from my week away, just ate crap and crap and more crap!
Booked a hol from SW tonight so I can try to get myself back on track. Ive got a new book and its only got losses in it so far, I really dont want a gain in it!

Back on it from tomorrow morning! Tonights my usual fat club weigh in and wont be there and no I have had another terrible wk! I was so close to my next mini goal and now im steering further and further away from it grrr! Not going to beat myself up toooo much over it, starting afresh tomorrow AGAIN, and i genuinely mean it this time! haha!
Well done GC2B - doesnt matter about what clothes you wear, youve still had a really good loss!! But i do wear same dress every weigh in! so thats 1 less excuse ive got haha, strip off before i stand on scales and put jeans and hoodi back on after! Strappy Dress in this weather, pft!

When I attended SW a lady used to go change into cycle shorts and crop top every week, even took her socks off. And in a church hall sometimes it was freezing in there. be a good girl for the rest of today Lula, you can do it xx

when ever i weigh myself at home i always do it in the nuddy that way you dont av to make sure you got the same clothes on. x
GC2B, unfortunately i was at my FMIL's for a bday chinese so wasn't the best but yeh back on it from today and more determined than ever now to sort this eating issue out once and for all! will focus on that for a week or two, get back into eating good again and then i'll bring in the exercise... i done most of the weight loss just on the food rather than the exercising too so know exercise isnt a necessity its just an aid! when was in bed was just lying there pretty much in tears cause just didnt feel good enough for him or anything like that - i know its silly and beat myself up big time when im feeling guilty for not having a good week, because weight issues have troubled me for so long, but i said to him you deserve better etc and obv he said dont be silly bla bla bla but once he drifted off i kid you not i could of just burst into tears..was so down and harsh on myself! no excuses now ladies, i need to shift what ive put on last 2 wks and then the final 9-10lb to hit goal, and want to do that all by xmas! ahhhh!! xx

Aww lula dont be so hard on yourself! You've just had a couple of bad weeks, but you'll get those back off again. You've got 8 weeks til xmas, it's manageable if you keep on the exercise to help : ) and we're all here to support you.
I feel really motivated now ive chosen my dress and I want to try and get the shop to let me buy the sample.. thats one size too small so will give me even further motivation! I've got a hol in feb to see my dad in portugal and I want to be smaller by then! He always puts a cheeky comment in about my weight (never mind him having a massive beer belly!) so I wanna be like - HA! lol xx

Zumba is meant to burn 536 calories per hour but that's a rough amount cause it depends on how much you weigh, the more you weigh the more calories you burn. x

Glad things are a little better lula, I know you'll get there hun xx I'd be better if I watched my portions I think. I did the Shred before baby and it was good, I struggled with level 2 just because so much seemed to be done with weight bearing on wrists and that hurt. I tried a Utube insanity test and nearly blooming died!! I'm just doing my best to keep going on Your Shape on kinect and walking. Just wish I had time to join a gym of get regular running sessions in.

Really getting back into myfitnesspal now. Been really easy this week as been doing 14 and 15 hours at work every day. This is going to be the challenge, i have four days off now and going out for two meals during it. But i did buy the fitbit with some money i got from work which i wasnt expecting so im going to get going when its charged. So excited x x

Seen this post and thought i'd comment. I'm seriously struggling with my fitness pal. not in that i eat way too much, in that it says i'm not eating enough!!! i work, i eat maybe one full meal a day as i've got no appetite really and i work out maybe twice a week. i cant do ww or anything as half the stuff upsets my stomach, with my IBS. How can i best use MFP to my advantage to help me lose weight?? L x

Hannah, sent a request. Laura, what is your calorie goal set at? And how much working out do you do. My goal is 1200cals a day, however when I log my exercise I then get +workout calories on top, if I don't eat them back then MFP tell me off, I take no notice because I workout to burn the calories not add extra food, or I'd end up eating mars bars just to eat my calorie. Add us, find the UKBride group and we can have a look and see if we can give any advice.

Me and h2b are on it now, it's amazing! We'd already started on the healthier food before, but seeing exactly what you're putting into your body and what you're using up really focuses it, I knew bread was a bit of a calorie-fest, but I had no idea how much until we started tracking it! I'm purple_furry_aubergine on there, if anyone wants to add me, my food diary is a bit up and down, some very bad days in there (birthday meals, nom nom but so much food!), but I'm getting a bit better at balancing it now. Although chocolate is my nemesis, I know a little as a treat is fine, but once that packet is open it's all gone!

Well, I reached my interim target of 8 stone 12 (I wanted to be under 9 stone lol), and I've maintained it for the past 6 weeks, which I'm pleased with, as I upped my calorie allowance to about 1800 a day (from 1500).
I have between 3-5 pounds left to lose (going to take it steady and see what weight I feel comfortable at; I don't want to be TOO thin), so getting back on track and hope to lose that within the next 3-4 weeks, and then maintain it :-)
