I've never been abroad so I have no idea where to start when it comes to the honeymoon, we're also taking our son who will be 23 months old at the time. Our wedding is on Thursday 1st September 2011 and we're hoping to go away either on the Sunday (4th) or Monday (5th). We'd like a very nice beach close by, with lovely sand and clear sea!! Probably all inclusive but something cheap!! Not too busy but still with plenty to do?! I love the carribean and the indian ocean but they're all too expensive with prices starting from around £800 per person :( Also would be anxious about the long flight! We're hoping to only spend no more than £1000 for everything. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you! X

We went too ibiza (playa don bossa) for our first holiday together as a family when my daughter was about 20months. We are going back for our honeymoon in september 2011 hopefully. Our daughter will be 3 n half and our son 1 n half.

Was the best holiday and coz it was hot we spent most of it in the pool lol (i was pregnant at the time too) Would defo recommend ibiza the family part its beautiful! x

what about a family destination? theres plenty for adults to do and children aswell, some hotels have kids clubs so you can leave your children for an hour or 2 while you go shopping or something! estartit is cheap and child friendly.x

What about spain. We went there about 7 years ago and my sister was 3 she loved it. It was cheap to and i think my mum only paid 900pounds half board for 5 of us. It was last minute though

you'll find if you go to thomas cook or somewhere like that you can say what your criteria is and you'll also find as your child will still be under two at the time he'll go free with alot of there packages, so your going just at the right time. south of france is brilliant. Theres a place in sete thats brilliant ill have to try and find it for you.
