The oasis ball is working great for mine i cut off the bottom of the ball about a 3rd of the way up so it was flat on the bottom x

Well i invested in a wire collar from the bay and OMG it made putting the bouquet together so so easy and made the look I was hoping for much more achievable. Sorry pics arent too great. Just need a few splashes of blue adn then ill be able to rebuild it and finish i toff with some ribbon round the stems only.

Funniest thing ever though is I am the girl who hates bling (not in general but for myself - no sparkley clothes or anything)

well tried to solder on my brooches/embellishments to the wires but not working :( some are flat backed so cant do much with them thinking of making a wire mould to glue them on to so they are flat across the wire then sticking that onto an oasis ball and sticking the roses in around it I'm running out of ideas

Its by Oasis and it can be used with the bouquet holder things they do but it worked perfectly for me to make shape and effect I desired.

Black and silver for now so need a few really nice Blue pieces as the couple I had looked to purple. Ebay will be getting attacked tomorrow lol x

Raggedy - I really dont get on well with the oasis stuff - there is gaps if that makes sense but you cant see anything you dont want to be seen x

i read a tutorial once , where the person was using oasis.....the dried kind, and so that you couldnt see any grey bits where there was gaps, she sprayed it gold before she started. worked a treat she says.

Leeann hearts aiden..... Had a wee look at your album....That is beautiful!! Did you use the oasis with a handle....not sure whether to try this or the wire collar....!!

I'm a destination bride too....just on a practical (boring) note how heavy is it?? Luggage allowance is rapidy reducing with every new idea i have..lol x

Its just an Oasis ball and for the holder I used a wooden dowl just glued in then a boquet base holder from hobby craft to secure it and it holds just fine. To be honest im not sure how heavy it is but I will weigh it and find out lol, Im being cheeky and getting other guests to bring some of my stuff over to Turkey as we are going for 2 weeks and they are just going for a week.
Iv got to get my dress, shoes, suits, table decorations etc etc over there I think they may have to give me a second plane lol x

My white foam roses have arrived so now just need to order one of those wire mesh things then I can put my bouquet together

Now just need to decide what to do with the stems leave them green or pink a nice ribbon to wrap round them x

Was thinking ribbon about half way down with a little bit of green showing maybe don't know what sort to have though would love lace but I have no lace in my theme lol so maybe white silk ribbon with pearls down the front
