i cant believe theyre being like this with you!
i think two of my bms are going to be awkward to get dresses etc but only becos they live 5 hours drive away and neither drive.....
theres no excuse though for urs!!!

if they dont show up sat i agree with everyone else just leave them
i wudnt even use my free txts to let them know that they are no longer ur bridesmaids.....
id just pick the up the dresses urself and take them to ur house and then choose other people....

its awful ..i dont have big expectations of a bm.just as long as they can attend a few things and just be there to help make the planning exciting

tbh i feel crap ..ive had to sack my cbm who is also my bset mate for 20 years...thou we're back on speaking terms...dont think it will be teh same

and texted me 1 and only other bm other day only to eventualy get a reply yesterday..im not expecting much and if it hadnt been for my bestest pal nikki who's gettin married 5 weeks before me, id be in a slum depression right now
