    Hi just a quick question. exactly what music do we need? I knows theres walking down the ailse, signing the registrar, walking back up and the first dance. Is that everything? xx

    Well the registare we saw suggested music when the guests are being seated? Also signing the register maybe could take a long time as it's been suggested to me to have two pieces whilst this is being done- but it sounds like you've pretty much got it all covered to me.

    we are also having some light classical music for when the guests are being seated too....

    We have been told by our music coordinator at church we need
    30 mins Prelude music while guests are arriving.
    Processional song/music as bride enters
    Interlude music while signing the register
    Recessional song/music
    A couple of extra songs/music while guests are leaving the church

    Then we are having background music when guests arrive at reception
    Arrival of couple song or music
    Wedding breakfast music which consists of all our guests favourite songs - will beasked to provide on r.s.v.p
    Cutting of the cake song or music
    First dance song
    Disco/dance music for evening disco
    Last dance song.

    I used to play organ at church when I was younger, and been playing for a wedding, so I only played 3 pieces:
    when guests sit down waiting for bride
    when bride walks down the aisle
    when bride and groom leaves church
    that's all she requested and of course in between had to play church hymns, etc.
    She had no idea what she wanted so I picked song for her Spring from Vivaldi Four seasons, then Pachelbel Canon, and finally Air G String from Bach.

    we have hired a strong quartet who are just going to play at all appropriate times so we dont need to worry :)

    cant wait to be Mrs Evans less than 3 weeks woooo
    start weight 10st 1.5 lbs
    weight now 8st 4.5 lbs
