We were just going to have some classical music playing softly in the background for atmosphere, but now we've made our ceremony later, so skipping the formal sit down meal.

Yeah we are making a cd to be played in the background whilst the wedding breakfast is happening, the music we've chosen is in line with our theme

NOTE FOR Vx Debz xV and Ohfiddles, we think we want a tea time ceremony approk 5pm and I don't think we'll have enough time for a sit down breakfast and the reception!!! How are you doing your food?? xx are you just having a buffet at the reception?

We are having dinner at 4, evening reception at 7:30 with buffet at 9, there will be some stuffed guests, but believe it or not the package with 3 course breakfast was cheaper than the original plan of just the buffet served at 6
I haven't decided on a cd for sure yet but i am thinking something classical playing quietly in the background, string quartets and pianos.

I went to a wedding where they had a sort of panpipes CD in the background during the wedding breakfast. I like the idea of having music playing but I think I'm just going to chuck a CD together myself.

i hadn't thought about it but probably just something like micheal buble/ the rat pack, a bit of swing playing quietly in the background.

My venue provided background music, it was nice and soft and fitted in with the style of the wedding. Speak to your venue and see if they provide this, if not then i would give them a cd to play.x x

We were thinking of putting together a CD of instrumental versions of our favourite songs, that way they wont interfere too much with people talking but will be personal to us x
