I'm trying to lose weight too! I've joined the gym for an extra push. I'm finding that I have to keep myself busy all day long so that I don't snack. Keep up the good work

I too am on the weight losing band wagon, at start of the year I gave up chocolate crisps etc I managed to drop two dress sizes then we moved the wedding bk so I gave up. I've got just over 9 months to lose at least 4inches would love to lose bout 3 stone too but think that's impossible

thanks hails. keep up with it girls, cant use the gym atm cause i have shoulder impingement syndrome :( trying to stay off the bad stuff and walk more this week... they my goald for 7 days anyway.
