    Hi ladies

As it's Mothers Day on Sunday just wondered what everyone is doing or is hoping their OH and children will be doing to suprise them.

We don't have kids. But i'm taking my wonderful Mummy to the theater tomorrow night to see one of our fav books be brought alive on the boards. We're spending the day with Rich's Mum on Sunday (as my parents are entertaining my Canadian family and Dads side boo!) and spoiling her rotton :)

Well as this, realistically, may be my last mothers day with my mum, Im just spending the whole day with her and all my family. We are gonna have a bbq if the weather is nice, if not me and my dad are cooking a big roast dinner.

Have already given my mum a couple of her pressies, every year she wants plants and new pots to put them in lol. Have also gotten her a necklace from the children. Not seeing mil2b til next week as she is being taken for a day out with sil2b on one of her rare days off.

Not sure what I am getting, though am hoping it will be a day of total rest and relaxation and them all cooking the lunch :oD.

My parents live in Lincolnshire so I won't see her on mothers day but they are coming down the following weekend. I'm goof out on a hen do Sat night & as my partner is on a night shift his folks are having our daughters overnight so means I won't have my babies with me on morning of mothers day but that in itself is a treat as means i can have a lie in!! I'm hopin other half has bought a voucher to have their portraits done as i saw an offer at a place we had them done with our first child & really want one of them together x

Not seeing either mums mine or his we are having our first married weekend of doing sweet FA ( was on honeymoon and had evening uk reception for the others lol )
So Hubby has said he will take me to the seaside xx

My mum doesn't celebrate it and she lives miles away so won't see her anyway, but cooking a meal for MIL2b, going out shopping for her pressie tomorrow, she loves glassware so going to get her a lovely piece that I have seen. The kids will probably do me breakfast in bed so that should be fun, but I have the opinion that my MIL2b has been a mummy for a lot longer than me and deserves the time to relax, she does so much for everyone most of the time. My time for being waited on will come when the kids are a bit older I think. But going to a mothers day tea tomorrow at my daughters school and am sure will get a home made card and some flowers so that is fine with me! x

I sent my mum a lovely flower arrangement in a vase of cream roses. Won't get to see her do anything with my kids because we are moving next weekend so going to be busy packing this saturday and sunday. But reckon we can have a belated meal when we've got settled
