If you go to the ACAS they will help you get legal advice and due to them not giving the hours therefore no wages - not being rude here Geri but there's no extra money to pay towards a Unison - ACAS is a free service.

Becky hun - the unison isnt for everyone - i have been offered it but I wont take it - like i said before I have seen what they can do and so has Geri - near where she lives when we were kids there was alot of unrest from the mines that are around Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire - also where im from County Durham - they just caused more unrest and problems.

I understand your trying to help but Acas is free ad they are funded by the government. Sorry I dont mean to sound a know it all but my younger brother is a chef and him and his fiancee had the same problems Geri is having and I approached them to help him. They are fantastic and really helped.

I know you mean well though xxxx
