I know the feeling saving for a house deposit and a wedding at the same time and at the moment doesn't feel like we will ever get there. But it is possible just need to save save save xx and a wedding doesn't have to cost loads. Do you know when you want to get married?

Aw honey, it's tough but you need t decide what you want and get a rough budget so you know how much to save. Weddings can be as expensive or cheap as you want with some hard work, bargaining and shopping around plus plenty of money saving tips on here xxx

We technically haven't saved anything. We're putting £200 from the OH's money in a bank account every 2 weeks and £100 from mine every 4 weeks. Starting from next week. We'll pay for things as they come. We don't want a really big flashy wedding so its working for us.

Weddings can be as expensive or cheap as you want. You can do a wedding on a budget if you don't want the whole big do, just go to the registry office and have a meal with family and friends or have a reception in your local pub or something? x

The greatest thing you'll ever learn
is just to love and be loved in return
