Ok im super organised and ive just started planning my hen do properly.

I wanted to know if £40/45 per person was to much to ask people to put in each?

For this everyone would get -
    * Party coach to a local town with all booze/ soft drinks supplied.
    * Free entry & Que jump into a club
    * Our own fully decorated VIP room
    * 2 x free drinks per person
    * 1 x glass of bubbly served by topless waiter.
    * Goodie bag & poss personalised sash each
    * Minibus home (because its around 40 mins away from where most of us live.)

    - also either a small buffet in our vip room or ill do a small buffet at my flat before we go out.
I have so many other things id loveeee to add like chocolate fountain but dont want to get to carried away and go over board! lol

A couple of my friends have said how cheap that is for all theyre getting but i havent told everyone how much yet as im wondering if its too much or sounds a good price?

How much has everyone else asked people to put in each?

I think that sounds pretty decent to me to be honest! It might be worth asking a few and seeing if they think its OK, before you officially invite others, I would ask to get deposits though so they can't mess you around.

I must admit my original hen night plan was a flop due to people couldn't save the £40 to come, however that's properly me being unlucky with some of my friends!

Now my close friends and myself are off to brussels for the weekend for our hen which they thought was acceptable to pay for

Work out how much everything is costing and divide it by everyone that is coming.... my only points is, is everyone drinking? unfair to ask everyone to pay the same if someone isnt drinking. Also im making the goodie bags and personalised sash as a present to my hens so wouldnt be charging them.I think price varies massively depending on what your doing and people's budgets xxx

It sounds good to me. It depends on your guests though. Would they like something like this and can they afford £40 each? You say a couple of your friends have said it's good so i'd go for it x

I have totalled everything up and thats what it comes to around £40 each.

Not all the drinks will be alcoholic i have said id be supplying soft drinks too but pretty much everyone will be drinking.
I would buy the goodie bags but im already paying out for the 2 deposits on the party coach and vip room so thats costing me £100.

So far ive asked all my bms and a couple of friends and they said sounded really good plus they'll have like 5 months to save towards it. :)

I think it sounds like a really good price for what you are providing. However it really depends on your guests budgets.

I think it sounds good. I'd take a fiver a week or something off them (if they were up for it) and have any extra in a kitty for drinks etc. we did this for a friends hen do and it worked really well, everyone set up standing orders so they didn't really notice the money coming out and it literally covered the full night xx

Sounds a very good price as I know the VIP bit can be pricey.

That sounds really good for all that! I was thinking mine going to cost around £60 pp and that's just for a meal and clubbing (lots of drinks in there though!) x x
