Hi all. I've had a bit of a nightmare with my bouquet. I decided to order artificial a) to save money and b) to get another thing done and dusted, and it's been a real hassle!!! I wont mention the company as I'm not sure I'm allowed, but I ordered my bouquet, and all of the buttonholes/corsages from them. The buttonholes/corsages were fine (nicer in real life than the website actually) however, they sent me the wrong bouquet (much much smaller than what I paid for, wrong flowers and no ribbon around stems). All e-mails were ignored and the man I spoke to on the phone was so rude!!! Just moaned, and told me to post it back then he'd send the right one out etc... Anyway, my next 2 emails were also ignored. I phoned again and spoke to a very helpful woman, who sent out the 'correct' bouquest straight away. However it STILL wasn't the right one!!! I've given up though to be honest, and am thinking of putting the 2 bouquets together and maybe buying some fresh gypsophelia (spelling?) the day before to liven it up - what do you think? (Sorry about the long post!) x

It's hard to say without seeing em hun, but if you think you'd be happy with the result go for it.
Personally, I'd be on the company like glue about the mistakes though, out of pure principal.
I'd call them and threaten to report them to trading standards and say if I don't get the right bouquet this time, the THIRD time, I will be wanting a full refund!

keep ringing - but have a mess with real flowers too - you might end up liking them more than the original flowers xxx

Do you think? They just seem so incompetent and it wasn't very expensive, I'm just not sure if it's worth the hassle. (I don't like hassle lol!!) You're all probably right though!
