I am really missing my engagement ring today :(. Had to send it away yesterday as they are making my wedding ring to fit the engagement ring... which is FAB and i am so excited, but you know the feeling when you have something missing??

It'll be worth it! I know the feeling though it is horrible! x

My finger feels weird, when it's been there for a while lol. My auntie saw me in town today and looked at my finger, took hold of it, and went 'oh my god Nicola, whats happened' I was like, haha its fine, just gone away...

I know :) so excited to see it... I think it's bit too early to of got them now, or that's what I'm worrying. Just they offered us a really good deal which was kind of from the store manager, so we were worried we wouldn't get the same person and offer again...

I think I will have to do the same thing as my engagement ring is such a weird shape! It'll be back before you know it babe xxx

I just got mine back from the jewellers (they destroyed the hall marks when they altered the size and had to send it away to sort it out!) and I missed it terribly so I can sympathise x

Aww hun, you will be ok. I lost my engagement ring ones so no how you feel took us 2 hours to find it, it had fell under the sofa lol xx

i know exactly what you are going through
i had to send mine away to have my wedding ring shaped around my engagement ring. It was only supposed to be gone 6 weeks but was away for 12!!! only got mine back last tuesday but when i got it back it looked as though it was brand new as they had cleaned and polished it. now i cant stop starring at it!!

i've been without mine for 6 weeks hun, lost diamond :( luckily its insured so no major prob but yeah finger feels wierd without it!!!

I'm naughty, forget to take it off when clenaing but going to make sure i do this in future !!

I know how you feel. I have to take mine off for work as i work at the bham assay office where they hallmark all the jewellery. So my finger is bare all the time while im at work and i hate it x

I know what you mean - my favourite part of my day is waking up and seeing it on my bed side table and putting it on. I take it off at night just so I can do that! It must be really wierd not having it but it'll be back before you know it and def be worth it!

I can sympathise. My H2B bought mine while we were on a trip in America (where he proposed) but we weren't there long enough for the shop to order it in my size so I had to get it resized when we got home and my finger felt naked without it! I love it so much and even a year later I still look at multiple times a day and get all excited!

thats taking the pee for cleaning a ring!! im away to put mine in on thursday to get cleaned so we will see lol

i know what its like, when the diamond fell out of mine and i was without it for a week, i was horrified, it felt so wrong, you will soon have it back though and it will definitely be worth the wait x
