I have booked the mini moon this morning!!! Exciting A lovely old cottage in the peak district We go 7 days after the wedding for 3 nights Can't wait!!
As we have children this is really worth looking forard to!!!
Honeymoon will be booked after the weeding & to co-incide with my bday (the big 30!) Think we will take the kids on that one though

That sounds lovely. We have 4 children between us (3 live with us) so I wasn't thinking of going on honeymoon at all, and as I am looking at an xmas wedidng I don't think we will be doing anything. Maybe I could look at a few days in a cottage for new year. xx

We decided on a mini moon too and are having two nights in edinboro then going to a log cabin with a hot tub near Dumfries for four nights...
We don't have kids but aren't that fussed about going abroad and it would be a bit of a strain saving for both the wedding we wanted and a fortnight overseas, so may book to go away after the wedding when things have settled down a bit. Xx

We had a pre-honeymoon last year with no kids. We are going on a honeymoon this year with our 2 kids. x
My OH would like to go to mexico, but I would prefer to go away to Ireland for 2 or 3 nights for a mini moon on our own, then go away for a proper holiday to mexico with our son. xx

aw that sounds sweet. we're having a mini-moon, a few days after wedding we're staying in edinburgh for few nights, watching the tattoo while we're there. gunna get saved up when we can to go on a big holiday with the kids. though my moh is getting married next year in greece and im one of her bm's so we have that to try and pay for xx

Oooo we decided to have a mini moon in the lakes too hehehe what cottage are you staying at? (A friend, my chair cover lady, lives and works there so shes going to recommend some places nearer the time but would be great to get some personal feedback too)

likewise, i am so looking forward to breakfast being brought to our rooms, not having to get up and sort a million and one things out before lunch. just to relax for a few days. but we will have the puter and will skype the kiddies xx
