OMG, I just need to rant! After setting the budget and guest list and having asked MIL2B 3 times if there are any relatives on H2B's side that she would like us to invite, (we are only having 50 guests and I asked several times as I have a big group of friends I wanted to invite, so once I knew the numbers I had enough spaces so I've already sent out the Save the dates) a month later she has now asked if I will make more invites for some of her relatives just in case!!! Just in case what??
She doesn't think they will come all the way to portugal but it is apparently courtesy to invite them . . . yes but if they turn around and do come that it more bloody cost! Arrrrgggghhhhhh! I think I need to find a large open space to scream into. I've already got a very budget conscious H2B who I'm trying to keep happy and now this. Can someone please slap me . . . or her?????

Okay, I feel better now. Sanity regained. She is generally lovely but I just saw red for a moment, oh well I guess we will see what happens. I could always be cheeky and ask her to stump up for any extra guests?????? What do you think?

I agree with LaLa your budget isn't a bottomless pit! I haven't come across this YET but I will be very forthcoming in explaining money doesn't grow on tree's. If she wants the extra guests then she should pay...... Good luck hun

LMAO yep that sounds just like my OH. Unless he's drunk, then he loves spending, it's when he wakes up with a hangover and an empty wallet that he starts to have cold sweats about where his money has gone! I do love him though, despite his squeaking!
