    hello everyone,

I have had a go at making my own little moulds, using some really nice belgian choccie (yummm) they have turned out better than i had hoped, and taste delish!
my concearn is.....i wanted to put the little chocs into pretty organza bags in our theme colour as favours for our guests.

Our wedding is in August...how can i stop the chocs from melting, i thought about freezing them and asking to have them taken out literally just before the wedding people lay up the tables for meal., im not conviced this is the best idea! any other suggestions please will be appreciated :) xx

Lovely idea, they look great. I wouldn't have thought they would melt that easily even if it's a very hot day. You should be ok, just keep them out of the sun

Can't wait until the day I become Mrs. Johnson :)

Isn't there air con at your venue? If so, I wouldn't have thought you would have an issue x
