so we have been together for roughly 4 years knew and went out together for 2 years immediatley before that. he has previously been married but were seperated 2 years before that so 8 years now!! THEY ARE STILL NOT DIVORCED i have been wanting him to ask me since the birth of our first child but only just happened in january this year! before then i would tackfully ask about the divorce (did not want to seem like pushy bunny boiler) anyway feb they got in contact with each other she was going to sort it though a company she wanted £350 for half of that which we cant afford (embarassingly his mum paid). we had some papers back in march WHICH I FILLED OUT for him and sent back! anyway giving that it is nearly 6 months later i thought i would ring the court see how it was coming on, IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN STARTED!!! GRRRRRR that first lot of papers was only an acknowledgment she was suppose to get papers from her company and fill them out to officially start divorce proceedings!!! I just dont understand she is supposed to be getting married to the man she ran off with in june, we wanted to get married in may but we have had to move it because i dont think it will be settled in time also my mum is insisting we dont book anything because someone told her they went to a wedding once where the bride was supposed to be divorced and in front of all the guests was told that she could not be married because her paper work wasnt right and she wasnt offically divorced!!!
I feel like H2B doesnt give a crap because he has been married before he is not bothered, marriage means a lot to me and i want to spend the rest of my life with him I have given birth to his two children so is that unreasonable he wont give me her phone number so i can phone her myself he tells me he phones her but i know for a fact he only bothers to text her (naughtly read his phone oops but never tell him or try to catch him out with it lol)
WHY does he not give a s***? WHY does she not sort it out after this long?
WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE IF IT WAS ME I WOULD WANT TO BE DIVORCED AS SOON AS I COULD BE ESPCIALLY IF I WAS WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!!!

he has just got in and i am on the case but i bet he wont be able to get through then it will be another couple of weeks i hate going on not even married yet and dont want to be a nagging wife before (although i probably am a lot of the time lol) he is just too laid back!
Why cant he file for divorce and get it done and dusted. He doesnt have to contact her, especially if they have been seperated that long. It should be very straight forward.

lol arent they all still i would just tell him if your good enough to have his babies then your good enough to get married to so with that in mind you are going to be on his case till he gets it done cause hes not being fair to you lol and mention it every night for a while se what happens lol im sure he will get to it xxx

im sure he can divorce her without contact my bother got divorced and had no contact with his ex wife at all think it took around a year for the final paper to come saying hes officially divorced. hope it all gets sorted. xx

lol yeah we did start doing it but then the money became an issue and i stupidly said she should be paying half anyway as she was the one who ran off!! DER anyway the whole bloody thing is a nightmare ended up giving her the money to sort it coz he cant be arsed obviously! grrr did it to myself i suppose but that was well over a year ago!!
