    Quick question,

    Has anyone been able to get a marriage license since the shops have been allowed to reopen?
    My council are refusing to see anyone.

    I find it stupid how primark can be open but the council are not

    Same most places i think. You can get trolleyed from today in pubs, but you can't get registrars to open their diaries.
