    really want to have a marquee for our day and night doo but stuggling to find somewhere to put it up :-( I have had the menu through today from the caterers and its amazing just what I want even got an outside BBQ for the evening, i have posted a wanted on my FB page now 'Nice farmer willing to lend me a field for the day' didnt think i would have so much trouble living in North Wales there are loads of fields lol x

    I love marquees, try ringing round the local marquee companies and asking them where they have put them up before, maybe you'll find they have loads of contacts already.....might be worth a go hun

    my H2B's dad owns the marquee company, the catering company that i have found have got their own Marquee but of course my H2B says its a rubbish one and he wants to use one of theirs and decorate it so when I walk in I will go wow! Some places want to charge £850 just to put it up, i am tempted to hijack a field for the day lol xx

    I looked into hiring a marquee, but they wanted about £5k! I contacted the council and asked if they had land where a marquee could be erected, so it might be worth giving them a ring.
