There is a knack to making bouquets so they look pro. But if you want to give it a go it may work out a little cheaper.

I've made my own bouquet from silk flowers and just had a play about with it until i felt the arrangement had a nice symmetry and looked pretty (pics in album). It wasn't too hard and once I liked it I wrapped it all up in florists tape. I jjust need to trim the stems and ribbon wrap it now but I'm pleased! Xx

I made all my bouquets before I decided I wanted real one's for myself. I got all the fake one's off of a wholesale flower place GT which worked out cheaper. They are also on the bay as well. Got the holders with foam, and glue gun and all the rest of it from the bay to. Made the buttonholes myself as well, and strapped them to proper badge pins using florist tape to make it easier/safer!

Ive been looking on you tube for videos on making pomanders and bridal bouquets, they look quitre easy to do as I am quite a crafty person, I ordered 12 ivory foam roses, black and purple ribbon, black and purple feathers, crystal pins and florist tape on ebay yesterday so once they arrive I'll have a go, if I do well I'll make them all myself and be ordering more flowers and some crystal and pearl sprays :)
