We booked our wedding b4 our MOH and she was planning to get married two years later, but has now pulled it forward for 5 weeks b4 our wedding!!
We are having so much crap with my H2B thinking they are copying everything we doing.
We have all had a big barny tonight and I just cant cope with it anymore and really dont know what to do.

Apparently this is the 'in' thing and happens all the time when a b2b doesn't have ideas of thier own or thinks someone elses are better. Difficult situation as it's your MoH but I agree with Suzi just don't keep her up to date with your ideas. Hope things settle down. xxx

Its just all geting to much, they have even booked the same hotel for over night stay as us, she came with me to book our honeymoon and was fuming cos we also booked vip lounge and over night stay.
She went sgtraight behind me and booked it all half hour later!!!
She even tried to have our colours.

I had the same problem with my CB except she changed again because she got offered a job opportunity. Her H2B wants her to have a baby because I have but as he put it "He wants to do it the correct way."

Do what the others suggest hun....keep it hush hush!!! Be prepared for this to be frustrating given that most b2b LOVE to talk about their big day to family/friends but at the end of it all it will be even MORE frustrating whenever she has a duplicate wedding!!!! Good luck hun!!!xxxx

It is very sad that some people are like this hun! You know what I would do.... I would leave it a couple of days and tell her that you have brought the date forward to before her's! See what she does, plus I would tell her incorrect info, different colour themes, different dress etc etc.... some people are just weird!!!

I know its so frustrating, im not sure if shes on here, i havent told her about us all ha ha.
Yes i have started keeping things to myself or just telling her other things.
I have had the trouble with her for a long time, shes had the same car as me, decorated her house the same as mine, bought all the same make up and clothes as me, its been a little hard at times, but i just cant understan why??

The problem you have though is you MOH so keeping stuff quiet is difficult. She is jealous. She feels you have it better than her. So clearly you are better than her with good taste lol x

Why do weddings sent people crazy? They would hate it if people did it to them- yet do it to their best friends. Its mind boggling.
I suggest telling her you've changed your colour scheme to something dreadful- like highlighter yellow with lime green polka dots. (Apologies if anyone has that colour scheme).

It is a common thing and its down to jealously, nothing more, nothing less.... at least you know you have made the right and good choices if she copies you, however i know how frustrating it is, my CB did it to me!! Just not tell her anything unless it involves her directly, hopefully at some point she will come to her senses!! Big hugs hunx x

hahah i had this problem too lol my moh was getting married 30th oct this year and moved it to 3 weeks before ours i actually just let it go over my head but hubby to be was like a lunatic hahaha shes now gone and bought the bm dresses she was supposed to b wearing for ours lol oohh and copied the same flowers cake etc so now i have changed everything and not told her i will either dropp her at the last min or fit her for her dress a week before so she knows nothing hahaha sly i know but it has to b done xxx

wow, I have never experienced anything to that extreme. i did have a friend who would borrow my clothes and but the same outfits as me but in a different colour lol, but back then I was 15 and thought it was cool to dress the same! I agree with the other girls, do everything and dont tell her about it. If she asks just tell her something different.

She offered to "step down" from MOH last night, but i just said im not sure what i want anymore and the whole thing is just getting on my nerves, thought id let her stew a little!!!!
Yes from now on im keeping everything to myself unless its something i seriously want to gloat about!! Like our honeymoon!! I knew she couldnt afford what we was having and her face hit the floor when she came with me to book it!!! But i didnt expect her to go and book the same add ons as us afterwoods ha ha.never miind, il have the last laugh
Her H2B has moved out and shes sleeping around , but still going ahead with her wedding plans i dont understand it!!!

Well it sounds like its sorting itself out if she's offered to step down as your MOH, her H2B will end up finding out she's sleeping about and it will be cancelled before you know it! And then you will defo have the last laugh! :) Until then I agree with Dove & Becca, give her false info etc.. Hope it all works out for you, keep us updated x

I thought i was suppose to be 'our day'. If you see your day 5 weeks before for wedding then its not going to be the same BUT on the plus side if you see what you planned at hers and its looks poo then you have five weeks to change it xxxx
