So, I have two sisters, both younger than me, and the eldest of the two was always supposed to be my MOH, but when i got engaged she had basically dropped off the map, was in a very terrible relationship but wouldn't listen to reason and cut us all out. and so i asked my other sister to be MOH. Since then my sister has left the guy and is back in our lives which i am so pleased about BUT she no longer has a title and i feel awful, would it be odd to mave a MOH and chief bridesmaid? any ideas? i just donlt want to take away the MOH status from my youngest sister by making the other sister too important if you know what i mean? sorry if i am not explaining correctly/clearly

If you would really love to include her and give her a role then having a MoH and Chief Bridesmaid sounds like a great idea. CB could be in charge of hen and everyone getting ready, plus you could give her a reading to do. Have you other BMs too?

I'm glad for you all that she has found her way out of a toxic relationship x

yes, we are all so relieved she managed to get herself away :) i have another 4 bm's as well as my sisters, that is a good idea about her arranging hen night as she is 21 and the other sister is only 17 at the minute and so won't be able to be the biggest help in regards to planning a hen.

    Thank you :)

Why not 2 MOHs with different roles.

One can be a witness and arrange a hen (I think you have to be an adult to sign)

The other can do a reading and help with the DIY and other things?

thanks Emily :) the younger sister will be 18 by the time the wedding rolls around and i think it would only be fair for her to sign (what i think to be one of the most important MOH roles) but i love the idea of the reading and think the older sister would be better at that! thank you x
