I was thinking about buying some of these to wear under my dress, to try and suck in my baby pouch a bit! However, I had a thought today, that as my dress has a lace-up back, surely pulling that tight will do the trick! Also, I'm a bit worried about how I'm going to go to the loo if I have pants up to my b00bs underneath a figure hugging dress..........your thoughts please ladies - would I be better off just going for normal pants and letting my dress do the hard work?!

You can get the hold me in pants that have poppers on the gusset part, think that dude that makes women look good inthe nude... (u know who I mean!!) he has a range of shapewear. They are pretty good. Failing that just try and pull them to one side!! lol! xx

Check out how if your dress does the work for you.
If not would a corset be an option. No worrying about big high up pants and something sexy for your new husband for the wedding night?

Hahahaha! I can just picture me trying to get the poppers open, or shift my knickers to the side whilst hoisting my dress up - deary me it's a good job I wont be drinking or this could be messy lol!!!

Minty - I already have my something sexy to get changed into ;) Think a corset may be a bit much for me - bear in mind we have a young daughter who will probably want to be picked up and stuff throughout the day! Also may be a bit short on funds for one - eek!
You could try a waspie instead- that goes under the bust so there's a bit more movement in it. And if you don't need a massive rein-in, then a plastic boned waspie will work just fine. Check bay of e- you'll find a lot of good value corsets and waspies on there. Or there's shapewear that sits on your stomach without being pants- check **********

I was thinking about this problem as my dress is going to be a fitted mermaid type one so was hoping to get something that will make my waistline bum and thighs look halfway decent. had not thought about going to the loo! oh dear, I may have to rethink my options lol

lol I was concerned about that too but dresses I've tried on seem to be doing the trick! Big pants wouldnt work for me anyway - they'd just move the fat up and over lol x
