i was told last week that the big boss man is making lots of cuts ( he has already shut two of our shops this year) and it was the turn of the wear house and my job might be on the line under the last in first out way of doing things. well today my manager hands me my notice i am out of a job as of next friday :( i cant belive it so close to the wedding and im out of a bloody job. My manager is doing everything he can to get me transfured to a shop so i can stay employed. I have done nothing wrong and my work is without question. My manager really doesnt want to let me go. I will find out monday if im moving to a shop or joining the dole que. It really couldnt have come at a worse time

Oh no that is awful. How can they give you so little notice? Hopefully they will find you something else as it sounds like you have been doing a great job there if he is trying so hard to keep you.
