I work for a company that often posts things to Australia using Royal Mail Airmail. We often find that things take 11-15 working day (this doesn't include weekends or bank holidays). Though we have had somethings that have take 6-7 weeks to arrive. Bigger parcels usually take longer and sometimes get stuck in customs which adds to the delay. If you can find your receipt then you will be able to make a claim against Royal Mail if they have lost your parcel.
