This is my final weekend of carefree eating and drinking as of monday i start my new pills the doctor gave me. I have been on them before and really helped me but doing it on my own just isnt working so he gave me them again. Really looking forward to getting back in shape again. xx

The ones iam on are from the doctor as they are strong. If you have a high bmi and its over a certain level then you should at least be considered for them or even given them. You can buy alli over the counter from the chemist but they arent as strong as the doctors ones. xx

I got them too but ended up stopping taking them. Been doing Cambridge diet and it works for me because I dont have to control my portions or make the right choices... suits me! x

Cambridge is good it has worked for my W2B, she lost 2 stone. Not sure if they are the same pills but a guy at work takes them, and has terrible wind, really really bad!
