    Hi,
I just wondered if anyone had any good ideas for getting hold of teapots? I'm trying to keep cost down but I need about 12. Thanks in advance.

I would defo try the charity shops or from car boot sales. You might find on the bay they could be a bit more pricey as people are starting to do this now a lot more.

have you tried local auction houses? Tell them what you're after, and they'll give you a call when they get something in. Could work out inexpensive if you get a job lot. Don't assume they'll only auction genuine antiques, you'll be surprised at what gets sent to auction!

I was going to say charity shops. Everytime I'm in a charity shop there's always some old fashioned teapot or other sitting.

Do you know anyone who has older relatives? My nan used to keep her sets on display, they now live in a box in her loft since moving. Might be worth asking around.
