Hi I was wondering if anyone could help. I'm looking for a reception venue in hull/ east riding area. I am going for a rustic theme so a barn or farmer out building would be ideal. I have been looking at marquees and tipis to have in a field but i am struggling to find them at a decent price they all want £3000- £5000 just for venue hire, and seen as we have spent quite a few bob on Greece for the wedding I didn't really wanna spend this much. If any body knows of a farmers building/ barn or village hall or anything with a rustic look could you please let me know, as I'm stressing now. We don't need it until June 2015 but I like to be organised. Thanks

I don't know of one as I'm in kent but we have hired a village hall that has a meadow next to it and comes with it. We're paying £423 for the hall with a marquee pitched for 2 nights. The marquee is a capri marquee and is costing us £820 for the marquee, tables and chairs, flooring and lighting. Capris are much cheaper because they don't have all the poles that traditional marquees have and don't need the lining.
