My friend got married today and set up a live stream from her church so that all of us who couldn't make it could watch the wedding ceremony at home. I hadn't thought of this before but it was a lovely touch, she even had family in Canada and America watching! Are any of you ladies thinking of doing the same? I think we may do it as we have a couple of members of our family who wont be able to make ours due to health problems. And it may be a good way to solve the limited number of guests problems that some of you have! What do you think? xxx

I was thinking about doing this for my nan as she lives quite a way away and it would be difficult for her to come, I think it's a lovely idea, but I'm pants with technology so will have to looking into that side of thing. Maybe you could do it through Skype? Xx

I'm not quite sure how she did it, she just sent me a link to it and told me when it would go live. I will have to have a word with her when she is back off honeymoon and see how she managed it! xx

I'm definately going to bookmark this, I've been wandering about live streaming our wedding and had no idea how to go about it. I've got my brother and his family in Dubai who can't come, non of my aunts, uncles or cousins are coming to the wedding as we're getting married in scotland, and I know most of them would love to watch it. So look forward to hearing the rest :)) xx

We've been thinking about doing that too due to venue size constraints (only 34 at the ceremony including me and h2b and 50 total at te reception) we're also planning on recording the whole thing to show my grandparents who are rubbish with tech and can't travel to the wedding.

We had it as we got married in Vegas - the effected the time we had the wedding (11am local time, 7pm over here, so the children could watch it before bedtime). Everyone said it was such a lovely touch and really enjoyed it and even still, all those miles away, felt part of it!
Vegas baby!
