a bit of advice for anyone whos having a live band instead of a disco the best thing to do is ask them if they can send you a demo so you can see what they sound like

or even better go and see them live, the bands i am looking at are local,( it saves money that way too. ) so it is easy to find where they are playing

I already know what ours will sound like - they will blow yer socks off. Seen them several times as i find it MUCH better to hear them live than hear a demo - and a lot of bands sound great on a demo but they are shite live. I like a band that entertains as well as sounds good - and i reckon i got the whole package with ours :-)

If I had a live band my mother would die on the spot! she moans about loud music coming from the DJ .... I'm glad she is stopping at tne hotel, I can pack her off to bed at 8.30 and get them to crank it up!! lol xxx

our venues not allowing us to have a live band n we have in use their inhouse dj- which takes a choice out of our hands xx
i wanted take that but their our of my price range so either fake that or a local band called the lancashire hotpots!

Yeah im with you Goff...we got the complete package with our's! they are great! Admittedly they are friends of our's but they are a great Rock band!!!

we are having a disco but also having a singer during the night, she is fantastic and will sing whatever we want her to x

We went to see ours last night - and the singer was shit faced by the end lol! BUT - he played his guitar far better half cut than he did stone cold sober! lol.
They do THE best rock versions of Whiskey in the Jar and Devil went down to Gerogia we have ever heard!

i love the lancashire hotpots!!!! ha ha! I'm Having mega issues with music, can't decide what to do. We're musos and so are all our mates so initially we said we would have no live music, but no i'm not so sure...........eeek.
