I have LOADS of allergies and the smell of vanilla gives me a migraine so I have to 'sniff' lip glosses / lip sticks before buying. Yes! I am that mad woman in a wheelcahir in Boots sniffing things!!! Just about the only lipgloss I can use is Buxom Lips which contains peppermint to make your lips tingle but h2b wont kiss me with it on as he hates it and hates how it transfers to him I really dont want our first kiss marred by h2b pulling away covered in lipgloss or lipstick then wiping his mouth like u do when an old aunt kisses you!!! What is everyone else doing about this??

I have tried Max Factor Lipfinity which is lovely but you do need to use the gloss that comes with it otherwise it can be a little drying on the lips. You could apply the stain and then add the gloss after the kiss?

I use Maybelline 24 Hour Superstay Cherry Pie a lot of the time, which doesn't transfer at all. It has a balm so I'm not sure that would work. The other option I go with is two coats of Russian Red by MAC (blotted with tissue until it doesn't transfer at all) with Cherry lipliner under it.
Obviously not everyone wants red, but both options work well in other colours.
Either Russian Red well blotted or one of the two stage endless lipsticks. I'm quite tempted to go with Russian Red and get a decent picture of Grant with a kiss mark during the photo-shoot before the meal.

i use sally hansen lip gloss and its great isnt sticky like most kinda dries in nicely but still stays glossy.x

I used the maybelline 24hr one its fab. The balm does make it a little glossy but the colour doesnt transfer.

im going to try to use the stay put stuff but that rarely works without drying your lips out. I have no idea.

Maybe try some more lip gloss that doesn't tingle? He may not object so much then. It gives you an excuse to go and sniff some more in boots.

I also use max factor lip finity. I put it on in the morning with the gloss and thats it. it doesn't move until you scrub it off with soap. the gloss soaks in after a while so you could always reapply after your kiss.

I didnt put anything on my lips until it was time for the photos. I bought a nude lipstick that had a glossy shine. I think i was 8ourj0ur brand.
Upon checking yes it was this brand. "boost lip shine"
and it doesnt really have any smell
