That's really sweet - is it like a mini one of those statuettes you can buy?? I have one of them from h2b but it's about a foot tall so too big for cake maybe...

its about 6 inches.....it might have to stand beside the cake because i have chosen a style of cake that this would look silly on top. so it'd be more of a sider than a topper i suppose. LOL Its similar to willow tree.

Yeah that sounds familiar alright - mine is a couple but the man is behind the woman with his arms around her...I think...it's in storage, haven't seen it in a while!!

I love those statues so much , h2b and I did look into those.... Overall we couldnt find a cake topper we both agreed suited what we were after, but actually the top tier of our wedding cake is already decorated. I think if you use a search engine images and search for "in full bloom cheesecake" you should see an image of our top tier. I have also bought smal diamonte "pricks" with R&K to stick in the top.
ok i cant use that word.... they are on pointy sticks basically to stick into the top of the cake lol

We have the willow tree one called the promise! We thought that its something we can keep and put inthe house so we can look at it and remember our day. For some reason i cant upload pictures to my album at the moment!x

Here's a pic of our toppers on our cake. We wanted the toppers sat down and at first we discussed having them sat on the edge of the cake, with it being a book. But our cake maker suggested making a seat from icing for them (he also made the toppers).
They're now sat on the front of our VW Campervan lamp on display in our living room (we had a VW Campervan as our wedding car so thought it was the best place for them).

Thats why i bought this, so that it can be an ornament afterwards. its called moments to cherish. Madhen i have seen the one you have and its gorgeous.
