you can have this done anywere, neck aswell its a graet and easy way to get in shape but remember you have to change your ways to keep it the way it becoes xx
aslong as its lipo laser yous get and its the sucktion hover with heat and not a pad they sit on you , you are getting the right thing xx

Im not sure on the suction thing Mrs Sheppard2B mentions/has had, but i had the laser lipo today, my first session :) In my first session i have lost an inch already from my 'baby belly' area, ....i have booked 6 sessions altogether :) hope my results are as good as Mrs Sheppard2B's!!! ....

I didnt have any 'suction' no....i had 4 laser paddles and 2 probes attatched to me (placed on me then secured with an elasticated belt) for 30 mins, then went on a vibration plate for 10 mins xxx i can already see visible results, mainly on the skin looking smoother...and an inch loss.

Does it really work? I read some "reviews" where people said it left them with bruises which put me off as I was tempted by some of the groupon deals. Although most don't have the powerplate session afterwards. x

it does leave leave marks but it doesn't hurt at all and it's more like suction bruises, they only last a few days. Mine was a groupon offer and didn't have powerplates can def see a difference though

At my gym its usually £50 a session but they had a special members only special offer which was £20

6 sessions should make an amazing difference!!!! My gym reccomend 8sessions & the difference is unbelieveable just can't afford it :(
I wish groupon done a deal here I would so go for it! How much are you paying? & remember to do exercize after each session to keep the inches off xx

My gym instructer said you have to work out within 12hours of having it done for the inches to stay off. I had a workout instantly though because i was already at the gym :)
I am sooooo jealous!! Make sure you take photos because after 6 sessions should be an amazing difference :)

Ah that's good to know, thank you. For the 3 sessions I have in the morning before work (well 1 is during a lunch break which will have to be a slightly extended lunch break) I will go for my powerplate class after work so should be within the 12hours (just). The Sunday sessions though I'm going to have to do it myself I guess, run or some weights at home. I'll make sure I take measurements. The big test will be my clothes and how they fit! xxx

Ooooo not long now untill you have your first session :) I may ask people or money for xmas so i can have another session done. Although i had my six week weigh in last week & ive lost 14cm from my waiste :) So gyms working for me atm x

6 sessions will definatly make a massive difference hun. I had one 20min session on two different areas of my tummy & lost just under three inches (thats from two measurements) Have you tried going to a gym? as i said i lost a total of 30cm from my body in the first 6 weeks :) xx

I go to powerplate classes. There's a studio near me. I don't really like gyms, tried them and just not a fan.
I can't wait to lose those inches. 3 inches from my waist and stomach with maybe an inch from each thigh and i'll be happy.

Thats fair enough, I go to a womens gym so i feel completely comfortable & the instructors are fab!! I went there before i met my husband and lost about 2stone, so its exactly what i need to loose the weight again. Let me know how you get on after your first treatment xx

That's amazing! At least you know what works for you. I mentioned to H2B this morning that I was gonna try it and he said to me "but you're already skinny!". Ummmm ok, nice to say that, I don't feel happy in my body though and just wann be back to the size I was in January which means losing prob 2 inches from the waist so the jeans are more comfortable again which means a little round the thighs too and hips and maybe a little on the back. Ont sure how they'll do all that in 6 sessions but fingers crossed it works out. Will defo let you know how I get on xx

You could do each session on a different place? that could be 6 different places?? I had 1 session of 20mins and used it for 2X10mins on two parts of my tummy :) xx

i tried the laser lipo which def helped but am now trying bio slimming which i lost 3 inches after my first session, due to be re measured in a couple weeks cant wait, i've toned up really well too happy girlie :-)
