there are many suit hire companies that o it now but we found that it was soooo expensive down here to rent. you're looking at approx 135 an outfit so we're going to scotland to hire them and his mum and dad will bring them down and return them after the wedding. 70 quid an outfit up there. i can get you the supplier name if it'd help. but the one down here i come across most often is called slaters formal hire.

That would be fab if you could Bagpuss.....his brother lives in Glenrothes and we go up there for some weekends...we live in yorkshire.

It ould be sad if he couldnt get one as its from his grans side and i know his mum would really like it. We only want chris and his brother in them so at least its only 2 to worry about. I would like to see the clouring though as online its looks bright red in which my colour is burgendy.....just worried it may clash.

We found someone that does the hard to find tartans for 90 quid including everything but the shop the guy used has closed and we are a little concerned but he assures us he is continuing to run it as a mobile business and will deliver anywhere.... if you are interested I will let you know if ours come and are all ok (in 2 weeks time!)

We found the main suppliers didnt do much choice of tartans this guy will get any!

Debenhams hire out kilts for a good price. But I think you are gonna struggle to get Ancient Wallace. They only hire out popular tartans, and generic ones like Pride and Grey granite. Good luck tho! x
