On ebay they have little goodie bags with dora the explorer on them and thomas the tank engine and all the kids tv shows on and when i looked about a month ago they where 3.99 each but in them was colouring book pencils, sweets and a little toy. You can have there names printed on the bags to which is really good

We gave the younger kids colouring pencils, a colouring book and a little slidy puzzle. We gave the nine year old a puzzle book instead of a coloring book.

How about having plain paper table cloth they can draw all over?

(PS- just to warn you- I regularly go to a dinner where there are a lot of children- they can be very noisy if left unsurpervised and are a lot more dependent on adults then you might imagine!)

We're doing the same thing. Lol.

We're giving the boys some match attacks. Some colouring books. We're also going to tell them to bring their DS' so they can play each other :) If you have enough money, you could always buy some cheap DS games from thE Bay and put them in the middle of the table. This is another option we are going with if we have enough money :)

my mum had 2kids tables, 1 for the boys and 1 for the girls, it was a few years ago now (18years) but it worked really well, we had different favours and the freedom to talk about what we wanted without being bored by adults. we didnt have any games or anything but we just ate and then went outside to play but I think just some puzzles and stuff. what age range will they be?

I like the idea of the ds and psp thing but the kids that are coming to my wedding there are three bro and 2 sister and they share a ds and when they are at home and they always fight over it so i am not even going to sujest that one to them.
