As I'm getting married on remembrance day I wanted poppies in my bouquet. Didn't want traditional red ones though, I wanted purple. They are not a popular flower like roses so they aren't grown out of season. I'm having to have silk ones which I have just ordered. Yay! I hope they are as nice as they look in the photo. (link on my wall) I'm having real flowers as well so will be randomly buying bunches to see how they go with my poppies. Any excuse.

I think that is a really nice idea that you have and that it will remind everyone of all the people who died and fought for us to be able to have the freedom that we have today. I hope that they look just as good when you get them as they are in the picture. You will have to let us know when they arrive!
