Was getting married in church than big reception at local hotel after consideration we have decided to go Greta Green with Just close family parents grandparents siblings our so called mates never make the effort with us never pick up the fone to see how we r its always us making the effort I can honestly say ive got no real friends I cud turn to in need or that I cud really trust most of my mates r going out with my Htb mates he has got 3 best mates and I thought I was really close to his best mates gf even asked her to be bridesmaid now changed our minds I cant be arsed anymore with people that cant make ano effort im 31yrs old would rather have no mates as long as ive got htb and my family thats all that matters anyways rant over lol

feck them all hun - that's what I say! I know it's a bit of a cliche but the people that matter will be there, and the ones who arent dont matter. The main thing is you're marrying your man, as long as he gets there you're sorted! Chin up x

I am exactly the same, when we had the original date set we had no 'real' friends to invite just people that used us for what they could get, so i had a massive rant when we had to cancel and we have now found new friends and discovered who our true friends really were, allowing us to have a reception with around 90 people in the local village hall, but its going to be more like a celebration party than a wedding reception as we aren't doing speeches
