So we were set to get married in June 2014 the 14th. We want an outside wedding and the venue we r looking at u get married outside In the vineyard now all I keep worrying about is rain : ( do u think it will just pour down in June and June is a silly month to have an outside wedding xx

We are getting married june 2013 and im hoping for sunshine as I am walking from the hotel to the registry office then to the park for photos. Normally I would say go for it but this month is looking pants.

I think you should have a back up no matter what month you decide to get married. You just can't guarantee the weather.

Just have some money in the pot for emergency gazebos and check they are ok.
Unfortunately this is England and the weather is never predictable, so even if you were to get married in July or August there is no certainty it will be sunny and not raining! So I would say stick with June but have a back up plan! And even if you decide on a different month then still have a back up plan, it is the saftest way to do it, you dont want to spend all that money and then get soaked during the ceremony xxx

Does the venue you're looking at have an alternative? When I was considering getting married at the reception venue, they said they only put seats etc out as late as possible, and then only if it doesnt look likely to rain. I'm sure I'm the same as everyone else in that I just want it to stay dry and possibly a little sunny until the pics are done then it can do as it pleases x

Any month in Britain is risky. Today it threw it down at the same time as I got married yesterday. But it was ok yesterday :)
There's no guarentee with any month, obviously summer months are safer, but make sure you have an alternative

I am getting married the week before you. No one can fore see the rain but I am hoping to get married outside at my venue. I am lucky enough to have found a venue that is pretty inside too so what ever the weather it will be great. xxx

I got married in June last year and it was a lovely sunny day but the night before it poured down. This June so far has been up n down weather wise. I think no matter what month u choose it could patentially be wet. I'd book for outside but just have a back up plan if need be x good luck whatever u choose x

We live in Britain, we get rain no matter what month it is, no matter what month you book your wedding for there is always that nagging worry about the weather. I think June is a lovely month for an outside wedding. I'm getting married in December in Scotland!!! Now that is asking for it LOL...

I say take the risk, you're day will be beautiful regardless of the weather.....that's what I'm telling myself anyway after looking at the 10 day forecast and see that rain is predicted...lol....just my luck, we've only had this planned 3 years!! :)

Deffo have a back up. Like others had said it could rain any time of year there's no guaranteed month it won't.
